Right to cancel your contract: online interactive workshop or seminar
You may cancel your contract with ICIS for a booking to participate in an online interactive workshop or seminar in accordance with the following conditions.

• You must notify ICIS in writing, by sending an email to [email protected]

Cancellations with a request for refund will be considered as follows:

• 20+ working days before an event: a refund will be granted minus a £70 administration fee. Alternatively, the registration fee may be transferred to another meeting within 12 months.
• Less than 20 working days before an event: no refund or transfer will be granted.

The only exception to the above which may be considered is if an event is a sell-out, and the cancelled place can be re-sold.

Proof of emailed confirmation of the original booking received from ICIS must be provided with the request.

ICIS will confirm acceptance of the cancellation by email or letter as soon as possible.

If a refund is agreed, the registration amount debited to ICIS from your credit/debit card in payment for the cancelled booking, minus the administration fee, will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible, and within 30 days of acceptance of the cancellation. Bank details must be provided for refund of a BACS payment made directly into the ICIS sterling or Euro bank account.

Alternatively, if agreed, a voucher will be issued to use as a credit against payment of another ICIS event within the following 12 months.

It is your responsibility to check connectivity of your IT system to ensure suitable bandwidth and internet speed to enable virtual participation; ICIS will not be liable for unstable internet connection degrading the experience of participating in the event. The ICISi Masterclass is accompanied by detailed workbook containing all the cases that will be discussed. This will be posted to you from the UK, ahead of the course. When registering you will be asked for a shipping address for the workbook.

The shipping cost for the workbook will be added to your basket at checkout.

Participants must have access to two screens for the duration of the course. As this is an interactive course, we ask that you join using a device with a camera to achieve the optimum experience. Options include two screens linked to a computer (desktop / laptop) or a single screen on a computer (desktop / laptop) and an additional separate mobile device (e.g. computer tablet). We recommend a minimum desktop screen size of 22” (ideally 1920x1080 HD) for the image viewing platform, while the other (potentially smaller) device will provide interactive dialogue using Zoom.

For viewing all cases, participants will receive a unique URL and personalised login credentials to access the online portal. The portal uses sophisticated browser-based technology, works with a very broad selection of Operating Systems and devices, and allows for complete access with zero install footprint.

A broadband connection (rather than WiFi) is strongly recommended with a minimum connection of 8 Mbps to access the Application Portal. The portal will work with any operating system capable of running HTML5-enabled browsers including, but not limited to:

Concurrently, Zoom will be used to deliver the introductory lecture for each of the four topics, and will enable interaction with faculty members throughout the whole course. Additional minimum bandwidth of 4 Mbps is recommended for Zoom, i.e. a combined non-shared bandwidth of 12 Mbps should provide a requisite learning experience.

Online technical support will be available throughout the course, with a dedicated technical support session at the start of the course to ensure connectivity. Attendance during the technical support session is imperative; if we discover that your connectivity is not satisfactory, you may not be able to participate in the course.
