Reservations will only be confirmed on receipt of the fully completed booking form and full payment. A confirmation letter and further details will be issued on receipt of full payment.

Reservations are subject to availability and will be confirmed within one week from receipt of completed booking form and full payment.

Refunds (minus an administration charge of €80) will only be made if written notification is received by 9th September 2011. Thereafter no refunds will be made. 

Copenhagen is easily accessible by air. The city centre, Marriott Hotel and surrounding hotels are conveniently reached from the airport within 30 minutes by taxi or train to Central Station.

ICIS 2011 has been accredited by the Royal College of Radiologists with 18 Category I (external) CPD credits.

The Danish Society of Radiology has awarded 6 CME points/day - 18 CME points for ICIS 2011 on 3rd - 5th October 2011 in Copenhagen.

The International Cancer Imaging Society Meeting & 11th Annual Teaching Course is accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME) to provide the following CME activity for medical specialists. The EACCME is an institution of the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS), www.uems.net.

The Society Meeting & 11th Annual Teaching Course is designated for a maximum of 17 hours of European external CME credits. Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.

EACCME credits are recognized by the American Medical Association towards the Physician's Recognition Award (PRA). To convert EACCME credit to AMA PRA category 1 credit, contact the AMA.

A certificate of attendance will be issued to all participants.
