Fostering Research

We facilitate the exchange of ideas among radiologists, oncologists, and researchers with an interest in cancer imaging. ICIS membership is open to anyone passionate about the field. Members enjoy discounted registration for our Annual Teaching Courses and one-day interactive workshops. Visit our “Become a Member” page for a full list of benefits.

Fellowship of the Society is by nomination and election and honours individuals who have made significant contributions to cancer imaging. Fellows are typically involved or interested in the clinical practice, teaching, and research of cancer radiology.

Our annual conference and teaching course draws attendees from over 30 countries and offers 3 days of world-class lectures, hands-on workshops and networking.

The ICISi Masterclasses offer postgraduate level hands-on teaching from a faculty of experts in subjects such as imaging of whole-body oncological MRI and head and neck cancer imaging.

Our series of free access webinars covers a wide range of topics and often draws together speakers from different continents through a series of collaborations with other international societies.

Our open-access, peer-reviewed journal, Cancer Imaging, features original articles and reviews written by international experts, highlighting the latest developments, techniques and research in oncological imaging.

At ICIS, we are proud of our diverse and inclusive membership, representing many nations, ethnicities, gender identities, and economic backgrounds. This diversity strengthens our mission to educate others in an effort to deliver the highest standard of imaging care to patients worldwide, regardless of age or background.
