ICIS satellite course at Brazilian Congress of Radiology
The International Cancer Imaging Society (ICIS) and Brazilian College of Radiology and Diagnostic Imaging (CBR) became partners to organize an ICIS satellite course during the 2012 Brazilian Congress of Radiology (CBR 12).
For the first time in Latin America, this course will be held from 6 - 8 September, in Brasília, the capital of Brazil. It joins the experience of renowned specialists from main oncology centers in Brazil and around the world. Names like doctors Jay Heiken, Lawrence Schwartz and Theresa McLoud (USA), and Matthijs Oudkerk (Netherlands) are among the speakers representing ICIS.
Several aspects of oncological imaging are in the programme, which will cover basic and advanced topics in the subspecialties of head and neck, chest, abdomen and pelvis.
